How does it work?
Immediate application by the surgeon after a knee or hip replacement surgery will provide reduced bruising, swelling and utilising 10 minutes on 15 minutes off run cycle for optimal postoperative recovery, ecourages quicker healing and pain relief which is essential in the first 18 hours after the surgery. Similarly, following ligament cartilage or bony realignment surgery, the swelling and pain are reduced and the healing rate enhanced
Following a sports injury, immedaite application of cryotherapy is proven to reduce pain and swelling. The early application pitch side provides immediate pain reduction with the positive benefit of minimising swelling. For athletes, this minimises possible exposure to medications that are restricted by most top sport governing bodies
The base ice box has easy fill instructions, plastic re-useable frozen Ice Cubes and once topped up with cold water, the ice chills to circulate through the compressing wrap and back
